Madrasah Anisul Islam ( Effort, Achievement, Success)
An integral part of Masjid-e-Anisul Islam is Madrasah Anisul Islam, providing Islamic education for more than 250 Girls and Boys aged between 5 and 16 years old. The Islamic curriculum includes:
- Recitation of the Holy Qur’aan and memorisation of key surahs
- Urdu reading and writing
- Knowledge of 5 pillars of Islam
- Detailed study of fiqh regarding the 5 pillars
- Study of Seerah of Prophet (SAW)
- Detailed study of Islamic belief (Aquaa’id)
- Guidance on Islamic manners, morals and etiquettes
- Memorising of the Holy Quran
There is currently 1 class (comprising of more than 10 students) doing Hifz (memorising) of the Holy Qur’aan. Alhamdulillah, since establishment number of students have completed hifz (memorising) of the Holy Qur’aan and have graduated from our Madrasah. Many have gone on to study advanced Islamic studies and are now serving communities in various parts of the UK. It is the duty of every Muslim to give their children a proper Islamic education, The upbringing of Muslim children, in local Madresahs is an issue which should concern every Muslim. We as a community have a responsibility to improve our childrens education.
